The intended audience for this book is practitioners who wish to conduct research in the field in which they work and who may also be undertaking their research as part of a higher education course. In just 200 pages, the authors guide these `hard-pressed' researchers through the entire research process, from identifying a research question, through reviewing the literature, designing a study, collecting and analysing data, to writing up a research report.
